ARTIST'S COMMENTS: There is a certain ruggedness, simplicity, and beauty of the American West that was my motivation in the designing of this clock.

It was made using techniques including casting, gear cutting, welding, woodworking, and metal forging. It is key wound and proudly strikes the bell once on the hour.
